PROPÓSITO Y ALCANCE DE LA PRÁCTICA

La práctica en el área de Asuntos Regulatorios de la empresa va dirigida a personas con interés en trabajar con autonomía. Se busca un desempeño individual que vaya de la mano con el conocimiento que se adquiera de procesos internos, así como la interiorización de estos. El talento que se requiere es el de una persona proactiva, con interés en los demás, que esté dispuesto a asumir proyectos de alto impacto, sin dejar de lado sus funciones básicas y el apoyo a las líderes del área.

POSICIÓN DENTRO DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN

Reporta directamente a: Gerente de Asuntos Regulatorios

Responsabilidad general: Dar soporte al equipo de Asuntos Regulatorios en todos los aspectos relacionados con el mantenimiento regulatorio de los productos de la compañía.

TAREAS CLAVE - FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS
- Dar soporte al equipo de Asuntos Regulatorios en todos los aspectos relacionados con el mantenimiento regulatorio de los productos de la compañía (Modificaciones, Renovaciones, Nuevos productos, entre otros).
- Liderar el proceso de Inteligencia Regulatoria mediante seguimiento a las Actas publicadas por la Comisión Revisora y a las publicaciones del Decreto de transparencia.
- Mantener actualizados los archivos y bases de datos regulatorias.
- Participar activamente en la mejora continua de los procesos internos del área.
