People Relations Specialist

**What you will do**
- Responsible for monitoring various multicultural teams
- Must be attentive to the needs of their teams and the scores in satisfaction surveys
- Analyze the historical data to find patterns of behavior and thus propose sources of conflict and improvement
- Coach leads to create healthy and strategic team management
- Participate in retention strategies
- Training and presentation on topics of interest to different stakeholders of the company (training in skills related to the area’s processes, case studies and good practices, data on the performance of cross-company teams)”
- Interact with the various teams of the company in order to achieve multidisciplinary collaboration in various axes related to the HR department oriented to Bussiness goals.
- Collaborate with the review and process improvements of the People Relations team and HR department in general”
**Must haves**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR roles
- Experience handling employee retention cases
- Google tools knowledge
- Upper-intermediate level of English (written and oral).
- Experience with the IT industry
**Nice to haves**
- Management and analysis of data to create reports
- Power Point knowledge
- Working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Experience in caching leads for the healthy management of their teams
- Achievement and results orientation
- Involvement in the core business to take care of their interests by mediating with the interests of the employees
- Interpersonal conflict management skills
