**Legal Assistant Estate Planning & Elder Law**

We are a **legal staffing company** hiring on behalf of our client, an **estate planning and elder law firm located in Wisconsin**. We are seeking a **detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant** to join the team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to onsite legal assistants, paralegals, and attorneys while assisting with the management of **probate cases, estate administration, and other related legal matters**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including petitions, inventories, accounting forms, and final distributions.
- Maintain and organize electronic case files, ensuring all documents are filed and updated promptly.
- File documents with the court and monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with state and local rules.
- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with trust administration, including reviewing trust documents and preparing related paperwork.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as managing correspondence and organizing case materials.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in probate or trust administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
