**Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, guarantee the growth and participation of Emerson in the region, working with key and potential clients to sell solutions according to the assigned goals.
- Sales Responsibility in Colombia (but not limited to other territory)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Commercial / technical support in the development of solutions based on the Emerson portfolio.
- Teamwork with the Engineer and technical manager
- Competition tracking, cross references
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and meet them
- Prepare business management reports
- Comply with Emerson's ethics policies.

**Requirements**:
Experience
- Experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration market, 3-5 years
- A vailability to travel from 50-60%.

**Education**

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer focused, excels in surpassing client expectations.
- Relationship building skills.
- Excellent Follow up Skills, ability to ensure tasks are completed.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.

**Languages**
- Spanish is required
- English: Advanced (spoken, read and written)
