**Buscamos un Project Officer-JUNIOR.**

Reconocida compañía del sector tecnología y desarrollo de software quiere sumar a su equipo un profesional apasionado por la tecnología para el cargo de **PROJECT OFFICER JUNIOR**, tendrás la oportunidad de participar en proyectos que generan impacto, **en últimos semestres o ya eres profesional**.

**Misión del cargo**:
Serás responsable de coordinar, dar seguimiento y garantizar el cumplimiento de los proyectos tecnológicos asignados, asegurando que cada fase avance según el cronograma, con una comunicación fluida entre equipos y con nuestros clientes.

**Lo que estamos buscando**
- Estudiante de últimos semestres o Profesional en **Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial, Administración o afines**.
- Mínimo **2 años de experiência** en gestión o coordinación de **proyectos tecnológicos**.
- Experiência en:

- Coordinación de proyectos de tecnología.
- Seguimiento y control de tareas y alertas durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
- Levantamiento de requerimientos y análisis de flujos funcionales.
- Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas para la gestión de proyectos.
- Conocimiento en **metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)**.
- **Deseable**: manejo de herramientas **BPMN**.

**Tus principales retos**
- Consolidar y hacer seguimiento a los proyectos asignados, garantizando su correcta documentación y trazabilidad.
- Identificar y escalar riesgos oportunamente.
- Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento y avances con el equipo y el cliente.
- Administrar y actualizar los cronogramas del proyecto.
- Apoyar la elaboración de propuestas, presentaciones e informes de gestión.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la metodología establecida en todas las etapas.

- **Salario básico a convenir en un rango de $3.800.000 y 4.000.000.**:
