**Our Proposal**
We are looking for a **Python Backend Developer for a health insurance company **with different projects that will have you improving your skills in** Python**. This is a position open to all **LATAM.**

**It can be a perfect match if you meet**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 4**+ years** of experience as a Python Developer in a **production environment**
- Expert knowledge of Python no frameworks necessary
- Able to hit the ground running in a command line and scripting environment
- Understanding of relational databases like** PostgreSQL**
- Experience working with **test-driven development and unit test frameworks, strong testing and debugging skills**
- Both an independent individual contributor and team player with** good English communication skills**

**It would also be a plus if you**:

- Experience with **Kafka and RPC frameworks like gRPC is a plus**:

- Experience with **React**
