**What the day will be like**

Coordinate and control all activities within the Property and Casualty Contracts unit.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the quoting and placement of proportional and non-proportional contracts for Property lines, including analyzing information and providing value input to both insurance and reinsurance companies.
- Perform market reserving.
- Preparing all technical information for insurers, including reinsurance contract documentation for small, medium and large accounts.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with reinsurers.
- Achieving the renewal of the current portfolio.
- Handling new business opportunities.
- Elaboration of spreadsheets for the determination of income.
- Preparation of placement sheet and coverage notes.
- Management of all existing portfolio movements, including portfolio requirements and operations.
- Compliance with the financial plan and goals in charge of the line and other established indicators.
- Compliance with business management standards through management tools and software within the organization.
- Knowledge of structured reinsurance and non-traditional solutions.

**Skills and experience that will lead you to success**

Experience: 8 years in Insurance or Reinsurance Broker or in Insurance Company in the underwriting or claims area.

Technical Knowledge: In Insurance, Reinsurance and in general of general insurance lines (Property & Casulaty).

Studies and/or specialties: Bachelor's degree in administrative areas, accounting, engineering or law.

Language: Advanced English
