**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Strategic Content Planning**: Develop and execute content strategies that align with user research findings and business objectives. Plan content that enhances user journeys and supports seamless user interactions.
- ** Content Creation and Management**: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to produce clear, effective content tailored for various digital platforms, establishing a consistent tone and voice. Continually optimize content based on user feedback and analytics.
- ** User-Centered UX Writing**: Create clear, intuitive interface text that enhances user interaction. Use Figma for content visualization and to ensure it integrates seamlessly with UX/UI design elements.
- ** Research and Insights**: Utilize the latest in market research, user feedback, and content trends to keep our strategies and outputs relevant and impactful. Stay ahead of the curve in understanding user behaviors and preferences in the digital space.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a similar role within a tech-focused environment.
- Demonstrable expertise in using tools such as Figma for design and content integration, with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Proven track record of enhancing user experiences through thoughtful content strategy and impactful UX writing, supported by a robust portfolio.
- A passion for AI and technology, adept in using tools like ChatGPT4 and Google Gemini for creating engaging content.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to merge content with user-centered design principles.
