Implementation Strategist

Position Overview:

The Implementation Strategist leads structures and optimizes the implementation of an Inbound strategy across the technological tools that support it (HubSpot Marketing Hub and its CMS). This person is responsible for managing lists, workflows, email sends, and more.

They coordinate closely with their team to achieve the goals agreed upon with the client, connecting the different areas within the unit (strategy, content, design, paid media, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute digital strategies within HubSpot's Marketing Hub and its CMS (or other platforms such as WordPress).
• Coordinate and meet the deliverables agreed upon with the team at the beginning of each sprint.
• Understand client needs and act accordingly.
• Continuously learn and update knowledge.
• Implement HubSpot's native integrations and participate in non-native integrations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of Inbound Marketing strategies from a technological standpoint.

Requirements:

• Experience with Inbound Marketing strategies. (NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT)
• At least one year of experience managing HubSpot's Marketing Hub.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• C1-level English. (NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager, including the ability to create and manage tags, events, and variables needed to capture user tracking data on the client's website.
• Basic knowledge of Looker Studio to create and customize reporting dashboards for clients.

Nice to Have

• Additional studies in marketing, SEM, analytics, or SEO.
• Experience with marketing automation processes in HubSpot, RD Station, or other marketing automation tools.
• At least two years of experience in digital agencies.
• Experience in the digital marketing industry and/or agency environment.
