We are seeking a remote Senior Mobile UX Designer to join our team.

You will be responsible for organizing and conducting user research and analysis, then translating those findings into various types of assets necessary to convey user experience and business solutions, specifically for mobile platforms. You will work closely with team members to research, test, gather information, analyze interaction, determine and refine features and priorities, and iterate product designs from ideation to implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with technical product managers, analysts, designers, and developers to design mobile user experiences
- Create process flows, information and content architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes tailored for mobile platforms
- Facilitate various user research and testing methods and analyze and report findings, focusing on mobile user behavior and preferences
- Take the initiative to coach and grow other designers; lead discussions on UX/UI for mobile
- Guide product decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops
- Be a user experience advocate and champion of the user, with a focus on mobile usability and accessibility
- Work on UX-specific initiatives, aggregating resources, and creating libraries and repositories of UX assets, specifically for mobile design
- Help maintain UX enterprise standards, best practices, principles, and resource repositories with a mobile-first approach

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A solid online portfolio must demonstrate past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions for mobile platforms
- Expertise in UI Prototyping and UX Prototyping
- Proficiency working in Figma and other software design tools like Sketch and XD and a natural curiosity for new innovative tools for mobile design
- Strong understanding of interface design principles, use of interactive technologies and user-centered design methods, and best practices for mobile
- Experience with Accessibility and Inclusive design for mobile platforms
- Understanding of how HTML, JavaScript, and CSS inform interaction decisions for mobile platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; can communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- B2+ English level proficiency
