Appointment Setting Expert for Financial Advisors

We are looking for Appointment Setters in Colombia to set appointments for Financial advisors in the United States.
The main role will be to reach out to prospects and set up complementary financial literacy meetings to go over changes in the California Pension system for Teachers and District staff members.
We Call three times a Day= Before School, After School and During Lunch. Bell schedules will be provided.
We Pay 65.000.000 For Each Appointment that Shows.
You can expect to earn from 1.500.000.00 to 5.500.000.00 Monthly.
Commissions Are Paid from the 1st to the 5th of Every Month.
YOU DO NOT SELL ANYTHING, YOU ONLY BOOK THE APPOINTMENT.
Responsibilities / Expectations
- LISTEN - BE COACHABLE
- Excellent English.
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.
**Requirements**:
Excellent ENGLISH verbal, written, and INTERPERSONAL skills are REQUIRED.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette.
**Trial Period of three Months where you start off with a commission only contract and after 3 months you move on to full time contract where there is a base of 1.500.000 and All benefits by law, Performance Bonuses and paid Vacations.**
