**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offers and onboarding
- Collaborate with management and the Recruiting Coordinator to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve processes and strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Proactively suggest tools, strategies, and process improvements to optimize recruitment workflows.

**Requirements**:

- **2+ years of recruiting experience** in IT roles (cybersecurity recruitment experience is a strong plus), preferably in a remote setting
- **Fluent English** (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, while being a proactive team player.
- Experience with **ATS platforms** (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
- Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field
