**Junior English Teacher (Part-Time)**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, philology, teaching, linguistics, translation, or interpretation.
- 2+ to 3+ years of experience teaching English to adult groups of varying proficiency levels.
- Proven experience in teaching Business English and IT-related terminology.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to customize lessons to meet individual learner needs.
- Flexibility to work with busy professionals at different levels of English proficiency.
- Passion for guiding learners toward achieving their language goals.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms (LMS) and online teaching tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Experience creating engaging and effective learning materials.
- Knowledge of English assessment standards and procedures.
- Background in soft skills training is a plus.
- Understanding of IT-specific terminology (preferred).

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive online group lessons for small groups of 4-8 participants.
- Develop and create new online instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Perform English proficiency assessments for employees, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Occasionally assist other departments with translation and proofreading tasks.
- Part-time remote position, requiring 12-20 hours per week.
