Spruce Services, Inc. Es un Proveedor líder de servicios de estilo de vida para la industria multifamiliar, ofrecen tareas diarias y servicios de limpieza a comunidades de apartamentos en USA. A través de la appSpruce, los residentes de los apartamentos pueden tener su ropa doblada, sus platos lavados, sus sábanas cambiadas, o sus baños limpios. Con sede en Austin, está creciendo rápidamente.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Proporcionar una experiência de cliente encantadora a través de la gestión de correos electrónicos entrantes, mensajes de texto, chat y llamadas salientes.
- Supervisar las reservas en curso, ayudar a los proveedores de servicios a resolver problemas y garantizar la finalización puntual de los servicios.
- Generar comunicaciones salientes de texto, llamadas o correo electrónico para abordar de forma proactiva los problemas con las reservas. Realizar tareas administrativas de forma organizada y puntual.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência mínimo de 3-6 meses en CSR (MUST BE)
- Excelente nível de inglés, muy fluido, con el menor acento y un tono muy amigable (MUST BE)
- Excelente actitud positiva, que puedan ser agradables, empáticos, independientes y educados con los clientes. (MUST BE)
- Se necesitan excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, multitasking. Manejo de Microsoft Office.
- Se valorará experiência previa en atención al cliente
**Horario**
Operación: disponibilidad para trabajar Lunes a Viernes: 8am - 6pm CST, 7am - 5pm CST, and 11am - 9pm CST // Sábados y Domingos: 8am - 6pm CST, and 10am - 8pm.
Disponibilidad Lunes a Domingo de 7am a 9pm con 2 días off
**Remuneración**
2.450.000M (base prestacional de $1,592,500 + auxilio extralegal de $857,500)
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Salario: $2.450.000 al mes
