**_Próposito del cargo_**

Responsable de la ejecución de labores operativas asociadas al monitoreo de sistemas de continuidad de negocio con el objetivo de garantizar la disponibilidad de los sistemas administrados y soportados de clientes.

Responsable de mantener bitácoras de las herramientas de los servicios de Business Continuity (replicación, respaldo y almacenamiento) que la empresa ofrece a clientes internos como externos.

Apoyar a los especialistas en la atención de incidentes y requerimientos sobre las infraestructuras administradas.

**_Responsabilidades Claves_**
- Realizar monitoreo sobre las herramientas de administración de las tecnologías sobre las cuales brinda soporte el área de Business continuity (Replicación, respaldo y almacenamiento)
- Relanzar tareas de respaldos fallidas que no requieran escalaiento a especialista.
- Validar estado de réplicas con reporte de falla y realizar escalamiento a especialista.
- Completar Bitacoras de respaldos y replicación.
- Recibir escalamientos de Nível 1 -3 de servicio dentro de la estructura de CSC para dar diagnóstico inicial a la solución a incidencias y/o solicitudes de cliente final presentadas sobre las tecnologías soportadas.
- Realizar documentación en la herramienta corporativa de diagnóstico inicial y/o seguimiento que se han realizado con el cliente interno y externo.
- Mantener actualizada los datos que maneja el área para soportar los productos y tecnologías ofrecidas.
- Apoyar en la generación de reportes de fallas de los clientes (locales y regionales).
- Apoyo a clientes durante la programación de ejercicios de disaster recovery
- Todas las demás funciones inherentes al cargo que sean asignadas por el jefe inmediato.
- Realizar el escalamiento funcional y/o jerárquico.

**_Formación Académica: _**_Tecnólogo o ingenieria en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones o carrera afín._

**_Experiência Mínima:_**_ 1 Año _

**_Conocimientos en:_**_ _
- Mandatorio:_
- Sistemas operativos Windows y Linux._
- Uso básico de Ofimática (Excel, Word) para tratamiento de información._
- Nociones en herramientas de Virtualización. _
- Deseable:_
- Herramientas de respaldo Commvault._
- Conocimiento en Hypervisor VMware._
- Software de replicación._
- Inglés. Lectura: Bueno. Escritura: Bueno. Conversación: Bueno_
- Nível suficiente para leer, escribir y sostener conversación coherente._
