What does an HR Manager do at Hogarth?
The Human Resources Manager (Generalist & Talent Acquisition) is a pivotal role responsible for both strategic HR partnership and full-cycle talent acquisition within Hogarth Worldwide. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, fostering a positive employee experience, and attracting top-tier talent to support our dynamic business needs. This role requires a blend of strong generalist HR knowledge, hands-on recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global initiatives and business objectives, ensuring local relevance and effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance on organizational changes, talent management, HR policies, and program implementation.
- Manage employee relations and performance, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and support for talent development initiatives.
- Advise managers and business leaders on organizational design, team restructuring, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and HR best practices across all HR functions, including recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in agencies (mandatory), with demonstrated experience in both HR Generalist functions and full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in international environments or within the content production industry.
- Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices, including recruitment regulations and best-in-class sourcing methodologies.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential to communicate with global teams.
