What We’re Looking For: Contract HR Recruiter
We're seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join us on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of an extension. This role is critical in managing our recruitment processes and ensuring we bring top-tier talent to fuel our growth.
Your Mission:
- Jotform Screening and Updates: Keep Jotform screening processes up-to-date and efficient.
- Hiring Process Creation: Develop and refine hiring processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Hiring Updates: Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategy and planning for future hires.
- Process Mapping: Create and maintain hiring process maps using Google Docs and Miro boards.

**Requirements**:
We Need You to Have:
- At least 18 months of experience in recruitment, specifically in interviewing
- Worked within 1 company for at least 1 year (this should be able to be evidenced)
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Miro boards.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
- Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience.
- Availability to work Mon-Fri during standard UK business hours.
- A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a professional workspace.
**Benefits**
Rate of Pay: $925-$1125 per month with the potential to extend based on continued company growth, additional evidence of other skills (HR, Operations etc) and mouldability for a start up agency
