Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to meet weekly, monthly, and annual goals. Aim to have a full schedule for the cleaning technician
- Build and nurture client relationships by proactively reaching out to existing and prospective customers.
- Gather feedback from customers after each appointment and send out invoices.
- Request for reviews and meet review targets
- Execute marketing mailings to generate leads.
- Request, collect, and upload weekly before-and-after photos for social media.
- Manage social media presence and respond to messages
- Assist with other responsibilities as assigned.

- Fluent in English: Strong / Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Access to a Computer: A reliable computer is required to perform daily tasks efficiently.
- Social Media Management: Comfort with using and managing various social media platforms is important.

Scope of Work

Lead Management and Sales Support:

- Process and respond to incoming sales calls and forms to convert and book them.
- Add all prospects into ST with quoted rates.
- Reach out to first-time customers after an appointment with the goal of converting them into repeat clients and closing out the job and letting operations know we are good to run the card. All jobs after that will be handled by our Operations Coordinator.
- Follow up with inactive leads or previous customers to generate renewed interest.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

- Lead Forms:

- Respond to incoming website form leads within 30 mins of submission during business hours. If submitted after hours, respond by the next morning.
- Lead aggregator forms are to be called within 15 mins from receiving them.

Conversion Rate:

- Convert first-time customers into repeat clients with a target of 20% enrollment.

Reactivation Efforts:
Client Satisfaction Calls:

- Follow up after each new customer's first cleaning either the same day of service after completion or the morning after.
- Request reviews from customers with a positive experience.

Local Marketing Follow ups:
Call new leads generated from door-to-door visits and added to the database through

new opportunities. The target number of calls is 10-20 new leads per week, excel sheet
