**Job Description**:
At Publicis Groupe, we are looking for a **Print Production Manager** fluent in English to join our production Hub at Publicis Global Delivery, our talent powerhouse, the global interconnected network that provide offshore & nearshore solutions for our partners - sister companies´ business worldwide.

A cross-media transformation agent, based in Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica and Mexico, that provides centralized expertise of all Publicis Global Services' capabilities to enable consistent and standardized delivery across Media, Production, Commerce, Content, Data & Technology.

**What you’ll do**:
The Production Manager’s primary responsibility is the management and execution of print production and direct mail campaigns. Working knowledge is highly recommended in print (sheet fed, web, inline, DVPOD), paper, imaging, highly complex variable, lettershop, fulfillment and USPS requirements. Experience in an agency environment is a plus. In addition to production management, this position will require someone with strong communication skills.

**Qualifications**:
**We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes**:

- Manage production activities on assigned accounts, collaborating with internal teams, from concept development through completion.
- Involvement in creative reviews, printer’s proofs reviews, assisting in the writing of print, imaging and lettershop instructions and assisting in creating mail grids, involvement in data/print live sign off reviews and managing execution with vendors.
- Continuously research and communicate innovative production and industry-related ideas and technologies.
- Knowledge of the United States Postal Service is preferred.
- Manage the vendor relationships with skill, fairness, an eye for detail and a sense of urgency as you schedule and manage the outsourced production.
- Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams along with ability to be client-facing as needed.
- Assist in the development of production schedules which include key dates for meeting requested production milestones and mail date(s).
- Excellent project management skills including organization/prioritization; time management; strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement solutions; ability to work under tight deadlines while successfully executing multiple campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and ability to learn online project tools preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of print production and/or direct mail experience.
