**Production Manager**:
Una nota realtà industriale dell’impiantistica, leader in Europa nella progettazione e produzione di impianti molto particolari su commessa, totalmente customizzati, e nei quali l’automazione svolge un ruolo determinante, ci ha incaricati di ricercare il Responsabile di Produzione.

La posizione riporta all’Operation Manager ed il titolare di essa governerà l’intera area “Produzione” costituita da due unità produttive.

Suoi i compiti classici deputati al ruolo, come, in sintesi: pianificare e programmare la produzione e tenerne monitorati gli indici; individuare eventuali inefficienze ed innestare le conseguenti azioni correttive, organizzare e gestire il personale dell’area, ecc..

Predilige stare in stabilimento più che alla scrivania, ha la passione per i numeri e sa dunque bene “interpretare” quelli evidenziati dalla raccolta dei dati “di campo”, sa predisporre e gestire il Budget dell’Area Produzione, ecc..

E’ richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
