SPACE44 is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to cover and rock the US & Canadian market in the same time zone. We provide you with the most modern Lead-Gen and telephone solutions to work very much effectively and target-driven. You would need to get in contact with our potential clients with a holistic selling strategy via all relevant platforms. Working performance oriented based on KPI’s within a modern sales structure should be your standard business. Accountability and initiative is important in order to not just see a problem, but share a solution. Your team is located in different time zones so a great time management and understanding of working self motivated should be your standard. Responsibilities*
- Manage your Sales Pipeline from qualifying cold acquisition to conversion
- Qualifying target groups and contributing to created or adjust multi-channel campaigns
- Effective cold acquisition finding smart ways around the Gate Keepers
- Source potential clients using a variety of search methods to build a robust lead pipeline
- Transparency work to improve ideas and also share your ideas with the team
- Stay abreast of your sales area and know what potential clients doing
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales from Cold Calling to managing Key Accounts
- Experience in modern Sales systems incl. performance analysis and automated campaigns
- A good understanding of IT Business being able to hold a conversation with a CTO
- Advanced Business English skills, especially fluent in conversation
