**Job Description Summary**
The AKA Channel Excellence Intern will support the daily operations of partner management across the ASEAN, Korea, and ANZ (AKA) region to ensure smooth and efficient operational and administrative of partner management. This position is ideal for students of final year or fresh graduates looking for opportunities and experience in business operational process and sales channel management in a multicultural environment across AKA.
The position reports directly to the AKA Channel Excellence Director.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
This position will support AKA Channel Excellence Team on:
- Maintain and collect channel partners’ data, documentation and tracking of partners’ legal document, training record, order/ sales performance, inventory, etc.
- Support Channel Excellence Leaders to partner lifecycle administration tasks (e.g raising channel lifecycle workflow).
- Provide administrative and logístical support for partners’ events and partner-related activities (e.g., raising POs, document filing, copying, binding, scanning, and data consolidation).
- Assist in the execution of digital transformation initiatives led by the Channel Excellence Team.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, commerce or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience of using Smartsheet, PBI are preferred.
- Data analytical mindset is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and ownership of responsibilities.
