They begin their journey with mentorship, and soft skills sessions on a personalised, dedicated learning platform. Quickly moving from theory to practice. As part of real delivery teams, they take on real responsibilities and solve meaningful challenges like designing smarter legal contract searches, task automation and using complex data to make actionable decisions.

The programme goes beyond technical skills. Participants grow in every direction, from communication and feedback to being ready for their next client. The goal? For Internship participants not only to be prepared to join the industry, but also to shape it.

**Program Details**:

- Start Date: February 2nd, 2026
- Duration: 6 months (until July 3th)
- Locations: Bogotá, Medellín and Cali
- Model: Hybrid

**Qualifications**:

- Currently studying Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- English level of B2 or above (a must)
