CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute effective prospecting strategies by utilizing tools such as cold calling, database sourcing, internet sources, mass mailings and referrals.
- Routinely report on recruiting activities, identify risks and challenges in the recruiting process, and drive solution-oriented results.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience recruiting physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
- Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
