**Healthcare Recruiter (Bilingual)**

**Location**: Medellín, Colombia.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**Contract Type**: Permanent.
**Salary**: 5.500.000 + commissions in USD (commissions are included as part of the base salary with benefits).

**Responsabilities**:

- Identify and attract talent for roles in the U.S. healthcare market (doctors, nurses, clinical staff, etc.).
- Implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to achieve objectives.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

**Required Skills**:

- Knowledge of the healthcare field and medical profiles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Interest in learning and developing professionally in recruitment.
- A proactive, energetic personality driven by results and success in commission-based models.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related fields or similar.
- Advanced English level (B2-C1).
