**Locations**:

- Cali, Bucaramanga, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Colombia
- Guatemala City, Honduras
- Chihuahua, México
- Córdoba, Argentina

**Schedule**:Monday - Friday, 8am-6pm CST
**Language Requirement**: English C1

As a **Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer**, you’ll play a crucial role in helping businesses keep track of their finances and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing and reviewing tax documents with precision.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Managing bookkeeping data on QuickBooks.
- Processing payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong written communication skills in English.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
- At least 1.5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and knowledge of US GAAP.
- CPA certification is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lacerte and Drake tax software is a significant advantage.
