**HR Data Analyst**
The HR Data Analyst will report to the Global Compensation Partner and will be responsible for collecting data from various sources, integrating, consolidating, and performing data analysis to then create visualizations, reports and dashboards that will drive educated business decisions. **_PLEASE SEND RESUME IN ENGLISH_**
- **Requirements Gathering**: Work directly with our stakeholders to identify, understand, and translate key metrics into high quality analytics solutions designed to enhance and improve critical business processes.
- **Visualization Design**: Ability to turn those requirements into impactful reports aimed at displaying large amounts of data in a way to drive better, more informed decisions for the firm. This will require a strong understanding of, and experience building, effective charts and visualizations.
- **Problem Solving**: Work closely with end users to present solutions to business challenges. This will require a holistic knowledge of how reports are created and shared as well as having the presentation skills to showcase the answers.
- **Governance**: Ensure all reports are accurate and validated against the user interface. Display a proactive approach to locate, identify, and extract the required information needed for validation. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
**Skills and Experience**
- Adept in optimizing data models and visualizations
- Working knowledge on how to automate, deliver and schedule reports on a normal cadence
- Ability to test data models, calculations and quality of analytical output
- Proficient in the development of highly visual reports, dashboards and data narratives
- Ability to effectively deliver and present work to the appropriate audience
- Deadline oriented with ability to manage concurrent deliverables
**Education / Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Fluent professional English required; bilingual a plus
- Experience with HCM/HRIS systems, including payroll and ERP platforms, required
- Proficient with PowerBI as a primary analysis and visualization tool and Excel including v-lookup, pivot tables and other intermediate to advanced skills
- Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of a team
- Ability to respond and adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative self-starter
