As a Account Executive at this dynamic construction SaaS company, you’ll be at the forefront of driving B2B sales in the US market. Your role will focus on converting trial users into long-term subscribers, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform. By leveraging your sales expertise and fluency in English, you’ll connect with contractors, demonstrate the app’s transformative potential, and build meaningful client relationships.

- Actively listen to user challenges and provide effective, personalized solutions.
- Share user insights with the product team to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop trust and foster strong relationships to encourage long-term partnerships.
- Refine Sales Processes
- Help create and improve playbooks and sales scripts for consistent, effective communication.
- Leverage insights from customer interactions to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and user engagement.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:

- Fluent English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- B2B SaaS Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in selling software solutions.
- Active Listening & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactive Communication: Confidence in managing high-touch interactions daily.
- Adaptability & Coachability: Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with tools like Slack, HubSpot, and Stripe.
- Experience in the construction or tech industry.
