**Network Administration Assistant**
- We are looking for a Network Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Energy team in Bogota - Colombia.
**What will you be doing?**
- As a Network Administration Assistant, you will assist with the administrative requirements of the office and provide support to other areas of the Network.
**Responsibilities**:
- Comply with regulations and corporate guidelines on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment.
- Provide attention and service to internal and external clients, as well as suppliers.
- Manage the telephone switchboard and support transportation and travel requests.
- Handle the reception, dispatch, and management of administrative documents.
- Coordinate and supervise courier and correspondence services.
- Prepare and coordinate building maintenance plans and facility status.
- Monitor complementary services such as cleaning, catering, and transportation.
- Provide local IT support and coordinate related services.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and visits.
- Administer meeting rooms and petty cash.
- Coordinate administrative purchases.
- Support safety, health, and environmental issues.
- Manage company vehicles.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks.
- Support the Human Resources department with new personnel processes and internal activities.
- Assist the Finance department with invoice and payment management.
- Generate and follow up on purchase requisitions and orders in SAP.
**Required Skills**:
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Proactivity and problem-solving ability.
- Organization and planning.
- Intermediate knowledge of the Office package.
- Desired knowledge of SAP (MM Module - Purchasing).
- English proficiency.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar positions.
