Se busca que el operation Supervisor este en la capacidad de realizar las siguiente tareas:
Buscamos un Supervisor de Operaciones altamente motivado para liderar nuestro equipo de agentes de soporte en el área de servicio al cliente. Este rol implica la supervisión directa de las operaciones diarias, garantizando eficiencia y calidad en la prestación de servicios.

Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?
- Tecnólogo o profesional en áreas administrativas o afines
- Experiência mayor a 1 año liderando equipos de trabajo de atención a cliente diferentes a Llamadas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera proactiva y eficiente.
- Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y rápido.
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar equipos hacia el logro de metas y objetivos.
- Habilidad para priorizar tareas y gestionar eficientemente el tiempo.
- Conocimiento técnico sólido en las operaciones específicas del área a cargo.
