Logistics Supervisor

- support to deliver logistics services within the areas of warehousing, freight and import/export from the local distribution center to divisions in Danfoss Group._
- You will be motivated by the challenges and will excel in running complex processes across borders and business and will contribute towards delivering to the high standards. We offer you this opportunity to be part of Global Logistics Operations & Fulfillment, an internal service provider responsible for the implementation and execution of the strategies, policies and services in accordance with the service level agreements with the Divisions._

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring a smooth delivery of Danfoss products from the local warehouse (Vendor Management)_
- _Coordinating the local appointed forwarder to ensure a delivery level as per local SLA_
- _Maintaining the existing Web Portal for Logistics _
- _Ensuring that Danfoss is compliant throughout the entire delivering process to end customers_
- _Reporting weekly and monthly as per guidelines in the agreed SLA_
- _Ensuring that budget locally is kept _
- _Developing, motivating and ensuring performance culture in the team_

**Background & Skills**:

- _Strong experience as a Senior professional in this field, with proven experience_
- _Background and/ or specialization, preferable in Import and Export area_
- _Advanced English for participation in meetings with foreigners, making presentations and for written communication_
- _Knowledge on SAP (MM module)._
- _Knowledge in Business process improvement_
- _Quality ISO 9000 process/ AEO / TS Risk Management / PFMEA & 8D _- _Compliance foreign trade regulations and requirements for operations HTS Classification_
- _Strong Analytical skills and high level of proficiency of use of tools (MS-Office) _- _Flair in Freight negotiations_
