**Key Tasks under the role**:
Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inventory in coordination with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales & Clinical Team) including purchasing new PPE, conduct training on the use of PPE’s (Bio Safety Training), and inspect equipment for damages on an annual basis.
Review monthly radiation control report, monthly dosimeter management (e.g., request, cancel and renew dosimeters monthly), manage supplier contract and conduct training on the correct use of dosimeter.
Ensure documents are organized properly, including securing appropriate signatures provide copies, scanning and filing documents, send/receive documentation by mail/courier, maintain shared folders updated with signed agreements/documentation for easy access. Provide documentation to the team and/or third parties, when needed.
Organize annual election, monthly meetings follow-up, coordinate the Internal Week for the Prevention of Accidents at Work and other campaigns carried out by Internal Commission for Accident Prevention.
Provide monthly follow-up of pending medical examinations, organize annual campaign of medical examinations, schedule hiring examination, dismissal, return to work and change of function.
Review and ensure documents are accurate to provide to government agencies (e.g., Control of Absenteeism, Medical Certificates, Clearances and Control of Vaccination Card) in coordination with the occupational health provider.
Review, register, and filing all legal documents to ensure compliance and registry with established guidelines (e.g., Environmental Risk Prevention Program and Occupational Health Medical Control Program, including securing appropriate approvals and signatures.
Maintain and track calendar of LATAM wellness and food events and programs. (e.g., Management of Labor Gymnastics / Quarterly Races, available food at the office and Annual Wellness Campaign).
Organize the fire brigade, monitor the cleaning of air conditioning and any other office maintenance. Perform the verification of the working conditions of service providers and third parties aligned with Edwards.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policy involving hygiene and safety regulations, fill out and maintain initial evaluation forms, SG-SST annual work schedule. Support initiatives for the prevention of alcohol, tobacco and drug use. Preparation and coordination of COPASST, fill out and highlight the training schedule, review, and maintain SG-SST trainings carried out, ensure the registration, completion and filing proofs of on-boarding sessions. Support HR in issues of disability and absenteeism reporting with ARL (data needed for accident metrics).

- Strict attention to detail, demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways, and ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak English - Intermediate level.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Very good computer skills in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and ability to operate general office machinery.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion, accountability is mandatory.
- Contacts are across the organization and at all organizational levels, including external contacts that may be at high levels (e.g. external vendors).
- Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and international and guidelines relevant to safety.
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
