El puesto se basa en un Gerente de Proyectos de Productos Digitales especializado en el ámbito de juegos y e-learning. Sus principales responsabilidades incluirían:
Gestionar proyectos de productos digitales en el campo de juegos y e-learning desde el inicio hasta la entrega final. Esto implica planificar, coordinar y supervisar todas las etapas del proyecto, asegurándote de que se cumplan los plazos y presupuestos establecidos.

Utilizando metodologías de gestión de proyectos, como Agile o Scrum, para organizar y dirigir equipos multidisciplinarios en la creación y desarrollo de productos digitales.

Liderar y motivar a los miembros del equipo, fomentar la colaboración, la creatividad y el compromiso para lograr los objetivos del proyecto.

Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los stakeholders, incluyendo clientes, desarrolladores, diseñadores y expertos en educación, para comprender sus necesidades y expectativas, y asegurar una alineación adecuada en el desarrollo del producto.

Tomar decisiones informadas y resolver problemas de manera eficiente, anticipándote a posibles obstáculos y buscando soluciones efectivas para garantizar el éxito del proyecto.

Mantenerte actualizado sobre las tendencias y las mejores prácticas en los campos de juegos y educación digital, y aplicar este conocimiento en el desarrollo de productos innovadores y de alta calidad.

Cumplir con los plazos y presupuestos establecidos, gestionando los recursos de manera eficiente y realizando un seguimiento regular del progreso del proyecto.

Se valora tener una titulación universitaria en una disciplina relacionada, como Informática, Project Management, Management, Diseño de Juegos, Pedagogía digital o Ingeniería de sistemas. Además, se requiere un nível medio a avanzado de competencia en inglés debido a la naturaleza global del campo de los juegos y la educación digital.
