**Project Manager**

Scope: Full-time | Office: Any Latam Country | Hibryd
A Project Manager within our vertical Service Delivery division will be responsible for supporting customer engagements, ensuring projects to meet scope, timeline & achievements, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and leading projects aligned to the SoftwareOne Delivery Methodology. PMO will lead and support the project team. In addition manage for corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan and implement SoftwareOne solutions.
How a day to day would look like in this role:
- Responsible for leading small to medium size assigned customer project, supporting delivery lead in customers engagements for SoftwareOne.
- Meets or exceeds approved budgets by providing reliable financial forecasts to Management and update management on project progress
- Identifies and develops new opportunities within current project supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment
- Provides training to others and assist them with their professional development
- Achieving operational objectives by giving information and preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, efficiency, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems
- The Project Manager has a 90% chargeability objective, (80% external projects, and 10% internal projects) with the remaining time to be spent on training and personal development in role and within SoftwareOne.
What we need to see from you:
- Proven ability in an IT Project Management role.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or another relevant degree.
- Experience with ITIL.
- Experience in taking care of customers and clients and providing a high degree of customer support and service.
- Experience preferably from a Systems Integrator or a large service organization ability to handle internal and external resources, implementing sophisticated IT solutions.
- PMP Certification
- Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in the software service industry.
- Proficient English level.

- Excellent presentation skills as you will be required to present to customers.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work efficiently with mínimal direction.
- Proven organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, prioritizing, and being able to deliver to timelines.
- Tackle Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, capture and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem with a positive attitude.
