**Job Purpose**

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced agile environment. Various aspects of testing theory, test automation, and the Quorum suite of products will be introduced by direct supervision.

**What You Will Do**:

- Designs, modifies, and executes test cases as an individual contributor, and reviews and approves test cases of peers
- Creates and updates Test Plans and other guidelines around testing activities
- Performs system, exploratory, regression and acceptance level testing.
- Records and Reports failures and bugs and assist in validating fixes.
- Successfully completes individual deliverables with general supervision
- Documents possible improvements or challenges with the established work processes
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Able to mentor or lead small teams on established activities
- And other duties as assigned.

**What to Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Mathematics, Information Systems, or Computer Science
- 2 - 4 years in software testing
- Experienced with black box testing and collaborating closely with developers and business analysts.
- Able to create and utilize Master Test Plans that capture scope and strategy for release testing.
- Able to mentor or lead small teams on established activities

**Additional Details**
- Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Colombia is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
