You will report to the Director of Commercial Innovation and Design.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Data Analysis and Mapping**:

- Gather, clean and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Analyze existing data structures and requirements to create comprehensive data mapping documentation.
- Develop databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and translate them into applicable data mapping strategies, including API integration for data extraction and transformation.
- Work with Data Architect and Data Product Owners to use available infrastructure or create new models for the future.

**Data Cleansing and Quality Assurance**:

- Develop data cleansing processes to improve data quality and integrity within Salesforce.
- Represent relevant Data needs during program testing

**Data Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards, implementing data access controls and encryption.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to address data-related concerns.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with teams, including IT, data engineering, and business functions, to align data projects with organizational goals and support data-driven decision-making.

**The Essentials - You Will Have**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of related experience, in data management, digital or enterprise transformation programs.
- For analyst role (total IT experience 5-7 years).
- Proficiency in SQL, data management technologies, including data analysis and mapping, data migration, and API integration.
- Advanced English

**The Preferred - You may also Have**:

- Experience with data architecture, data modeling, data wrangling, and well versed with Microsoft Azure Technology (or any similar cloud technology)
- Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector.
