**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive information on requisitions aligned with TA Coordinator and post the requisition in different sources.
- Responsible for ensuring the publication of open positions through the correct communication channels such as Landing Page, external job websites, Universities, and internal platforms (ATS)
- Communicate to TA coordinator any update regarding the assigned requisitions
- Support the standardization of Reporting & Analytics Process by ensuring flawless execution in Data Integrity in ATS

**Experience and Education**:

- Professional in psychology, business administration or related areas
- Minimum 6 months in mass recruiting or 1 year in HR related areas

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced level of English, spoken and written
- Desirable prior experience in BPO or similar Companies
- Results Oriented
