As a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** you will be tasked with aligning operational necessities with requisition requirements, with a primary focus on prioritizing operational excellence in line with Lean principles.
**Accountabilities**:
- Receive information on requisitions aligned with TA Manager and define selection criteria
- Create and maintain up to date job descriptions and interview guides for all the Departments
- Align tests results with in-depth interview to generate a structured feedback and career path
- Ensure that the new hire attrition rate and retention rate remain under the company’s standards
- Escalate critical cases and requisition updates to TA Management team and hiring manager
- Support the benchmarking process on the industry best practices, trends, and recruitment technologies
- Prepares and coordinates the onboarding process of the new hire onto the account
**Key skills**:
- Professional in psychology, business administration or related areas
- Solid TA Knowledge or HR related 2-3 years' experience.
- Minimum 1-year leading mass recruitment teams
- Advanced level of English, spoken and written
- Desirable prior experience in BPO or similar Companies
- Results Oriented
