The impact of Contract Specialist at Coupa.
As a Contract Specialist, play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and risk mitigation by managing the full contract lifecycle—from initial request through execution—using Coupa's CLM and Salesforce platforms. Ensure all contracts, including Statements of Work and Change Orders, are accurately drafted, compliant with internal policies, and aligned with stakeholder needs. By collaborating cross-functionally with CSPs, the SOW Desk, and other internal teams, and help tailor contract terms to support business goals while safeguarding organizational interests.
