For the needs of our BPO services we are looking for our new Account Strategy Associate who will join our young and motivated team.
**Main responsibilities**
- Marketplace Listings: Ensure product listings are live and error-free using client software.
- Data Optimization: Maintain consistency while optimizing product details (titles, descriptions, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to the Strategy Manager and clients on task progress.
- Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, create reports, and identify trends or issues.
**Requirements**
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel skills (including lookups, nested logical functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
- Experience interacting with customers or clients.
**It’s a Plus If You Have**
- A solid understanding of e-commerce principles.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative and professional attitude.
