- What We Are Seeking
- Bizagi is seeking a motivated, self-starting, and customer-oriented Associate Knowledge Consultant to join our team. This position will support in building relationship programs with the Bizagi consultant’s community and Bizagi client’s community.
- You should possess excellent writing and speaking skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts and present them in an easy-to-read, easy-to-follow, and customer-focused manner. In this role, you will gain in-depth knowledge of Bizagi.
- This position is part of the Product Marketing team and requires collaboration and partnership with employees and managers at all levels, including product managers and technical leaders.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities- Creating a community engagement plan that documents how SOW objectives will be accomplished from a community engagement perspective.-
- Develop content and ensure community platforms and resources are up to date and foster engagement.-
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing Managers to amplify community engagement initiatives and stay up to date with needs of community.-
- Responsible for creating, updating, improving, reordering, tracking, organizing, and maintaining a knowledge base.-
- Collaborate with the leadership team, ensuring the knowledge base is relevant and up to date.-
- Write, edit, and publish knowledge-based content.-
- Creating and maintaining documentation templates for service descriptions and commercial proposals.-
- Editing and proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.- **Skills**:

Technical skills- Advanced English proficiency: B2, C1-
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field that likes to work with technology content.-
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and interpersonal contexts in both English and Spanish.-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish-
- At least 1year in marketing B2C technology products or community building role (desirable).-
- Enjoy writing about technology-
- Excellent networking and project management skills.-
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive problem-solver, detail oriented, organized, and able to work in an agile environment.-
- Ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and specialties.-
- Knowledge of BPM or experience in automation projects is a plus.
