**About the Role**
As a **Freight Dispatcher** at Trucking Dispatch Group, you will have the opportunity to lead our customers “the truckers” to success. Utilizing our training and technology to improve every aspect of our customer’s business. Our team ensures operations run smoothly from start to finish. You will be in charge of researching, negotiating and booking freight on behalf of our customers using our strategies and expert training.
Your role is vital because you are the heart of our operations, the decisions you make will affect the overall success of not only our customers but our company as well. You will have the challenge to gain our customers trust and loyalty by providing an unforeseen caliber of work and results.
**Location: Colombia Remote/Overseas**
**Key responsibilities of this role will be**:
- Research and plan routes for our customers
- Negotiate and book freight
- Create broker relationships
- Communicate with our customers daily
- Communicate with brokers daily
- Understand and adapt to different customer needs
**Schedule**:
**Monday-Friday**:8:00 am to 5:00 pm (eastern time)
**Monthly Salary**
**Base Salary Starting**:$3,800,000 COP + Monthly Bonus
**Payment Schedule**
15th and 30th
