We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong, business acumen to join our team and help us create user-centric designs that align with our business
goals.

As a UI/UX Designer with business knowledge, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with our product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the design solutions meet both user needs and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate user insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and design intentions.
- Design and deliver user-centric interfaces that enhance user experience and achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design solutions are feasible and align with technical and business requirements.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our designs innovative and competitive.
- Advocate for the user while balancing business needs and technical constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how design impacts business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
