Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a strong and well-optimized UI set of assets that are performant across devices
- Create deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, designs, and functional prototypes
- Work with the product owners, design, and cross-functional teams to come up with testable options
- Contribute to the product roadmap, including conducting user research and estimating level of effort and complexity
- Utilize A/B testing to present and validate design solutions when possible
- Deliver a UX vision that is aligned with the McKesson roadmap, propose plans for evolutionary and iterative updates
- Collaborate and contribute to support of Health Mart/McKesson visual brand standards and assets
- Navigate a fast-paced Agile environment requiring independent self-direction with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in software engineering and/or software architecture

Critical Skills
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Skills in interaction design, information architecture, usability evaluation, and user research
- Demonstrates an excellent navigation and architecture POV, strong experience in rapid prototyping tools, and a current portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of online design
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Invision, and other pre-visualizing software
- Ability to quickly grasp goals and requirements from light specifications
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Online (VSO), TFS, and Trello

Additional Knowledge & Skills
- People-savvy and able to navigate and flex to varied personalities and communications styles
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Proficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlines
- Strong ability to act independently and contribute to a team environment with sound business judgment, professional and emotional maturity
- Excellent listening skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functions
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy industry

Education
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
