To support our growing business in the NAMLAM (Canada, North America, Mexico, Latin America, and Brazil) region, we are establishing a new HR Shared Service Centre in Bogota, Colombia.**Your responsibilities and tasks**: Do you like new challenges? In our newly created HR Hub in Bogota, we are looking for a Director - HR Administration NAMLAM that will be responsible for leading a team of 5-8 HR Specialists focused on handling HR processes for the NAMLAM region and ensuring outstanding employee service and high customer satisfaction. The position requires previous HR experience as well as team leadership experience. To give a better overview of the activities, we have listed them below. **Responsibilities**: - Your main responsibility will be to recruit, lead and develop a great team between 5-8 HR specialists focusing on HR administration for the NAMLAM region. - Help us shape and implement the HR Operating model for the a newly opened Hub in Bogota. - Ensuring daily requests are fully always covered and monitoring performance targets within your team - Develop and build a knowledge base, sharing best practices, and improving process gaps while considering other HR Operations functions - Developing the team on user procedures, policies, and documentation of new processes and functionalities. - Implement employee data standards, service delivery across all regional HR areas to create an excellent employee experience and customer satisfaction - Implement training and development initiatives for direct reports - Act as support contact for escalated matters and provide root cause analysis as well as improvement solutions. - Proactively identify simplification and improvement potential within our processes and policies and drive the operational implementation **Your profile and qualifications**: - Education or university degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources or professional training and work experience (> 5 years). - Proven ability in leading an operational team, mentoring, and coaching their performance and training needs - Experience managing HR services for employees and managers in an HR operations environment (approximately 3 years), deep understanding of the importance of service quality and delivery within the HR operations function - Ability to coordinate international and/or culturally diverse teams and delegate work according to business needs - Excellent interpersonal skills with stakeholders, team leaders, and customers, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience with HCM such as Workday is a plus - Experience providing HR services to employees and managers in an HR operations environment, understanding the importance of service quality and delivery - Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis, with the ability to troubleshoot problems and find appropriate customer solutions - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously - Experience in delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment - Fluent in English is a must and Spanish, Portuguese or French is a plus.
