At our HR Shared Services we operationalize, execute and provide reporting for Global Talent Management to ensure a valuable and personalized HR experience for both employees and managers. Supervisor plays an integral role on the Global Talent & Leadership Development (GTLD) Operations Team directly involved in operational and strategic support to Talent Management Partners with accurate and timely responses to their needs related to all talent processes by providing system and reporting support. This role will also be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of the customer's needs and engaging with customers to ensure the quality of response and SLA (Service Level Agreement) are met as well as contributing to the GTLD Operations continuous improvement and streamlining of processes promoting optimization and innovative ways of working.

For this role, you are required to work from Bogota office 2 days a week. Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation.

**A Day in the Life**

You will contribute to building a solid and knowledgeable team to provide talent management operational support and services across the globe:

- Responsible for the overall performance and career development of all team members in Talent Management Operations Team. Provide day-to-day work direction for the team, focused on maintaining steady workflow, resource allocation, and productivity.
- Establish standards and procedures for handling customers' questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programs. Lead the implementation and standardisation of talent management processes, written procedures, and policies necessary to manage a multi-tiered shared services HR model.
- Support complex or escalated matters and monitor workload of team across multiple locations.
- Partner with GTLD Global Process Owners and Talent Management Directors to determine Performance and Career Development and Organisation Talent Planning reporting needs. Produce regular reports of standard global and regional metrics as needed and shares with appropriate stakeholders to drive adoption of shared services and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate across the HR Operating Model to ensure the correct work is aligned to the right team, ensuring escalation paths are understood. Responsible for partnering with key stakeholders and Workday enablement team to educate and train the Team on the processes and procedures in place.
- Coach Team Members to identify, resolve and/or escalate as appropriate problems that arise using the A3 DMAIC process to identify the root cause of issues.

**Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR or customer/shared service experience.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Spanish language preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills, ability to work effectively with people at all management levels and present business process to diverse audience.
- Self-motivated, organized and process-oriented team player with proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with at least 2 HR Technology platforms to complete activities like generating reports, submitting tickets (Outlook, Excel, Workday, Service Now).
- Strong attention to detail and experience in handling sensitive/confidential information.**Nice to Haves
