Como Practicante de Talent Acquisition tendrás la oportunidad de aprender y participar de todo el ciclo de reclutamiento para diferentes funciones y níveles, colaborando en estrategias de reclutamiento y relacionándote con los gestores de contratación para atraer y seleccionar a los mejores talentos, además adquirirás conocimiento de las mejores y más actuales prácticas de reclutamiento del mercado.
- Tus responsabilidades:_
- Participar en los procesos de talent acquisition de Haleon Colombia y Latam junto a los gestores de contratación y Talent Acquisition Partners para comprender las necesidades del negocio.
- Participar en las diferentes etapas del proceso de talent acquisition como búsqueda, selección, entrevistas y contratación de roles de pasantes y analistas para Colombia y Latam.
- Ejecutar estrategias efectivas de reclutamiento para atraer los mejores talentos a la organización.
- Identificar y proponer mejoras en los procesos de reclutamiento locales, enfocándose en la eficiencia y efectividad continua.
¿Quién eres tú?
- Estudiante de últimos semestres de Psicología, Administración, Recursos Humanos o carreras afines.
- Paquete Office nível usuario-intermedio (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Inglés Intermedio (B1).
