**What we are looking for**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Report directly to Founder
- Manage a team of 2 (this will be growing shortly)
- Client-Facing role, running meetings with clients
- Manage accurate financial records for Borgg’s clients using QuickBooks
- Manage month-end close activities, including reconciling accounts, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to accounting
- Communicate financial information and analysis to non-financial stakeholders
- Manage software implementations
- Assist with special projects as needed

**Key Tools**
- QuickBooks
- Google Suite

**Must Have**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Audit / Accounting
- 3+ Years of experience managing a team (at least 2)
- Experience in client facing role
- MUST be Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in accounting/audit in a remote setting
- Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Past experience working in American companies

**Nice to have**
- Current or Ex-Auditor role
- Big4 experience
- CPA or related certifications

- Monthly Salary**:2.200 USD - 2.500 USD range**:

- 100% remote
- Flexible schedule and working hours
