**Sobre el rol**

Estamos buscando un(a) Accounting Manager proactivo, metódico, organizado, dinámico y analítico, que tendrá como principal responsabilidad liderar los procesos de contabilidad de la compañía en México y Colombia.

**Funciones**
- Estructurar los procesos y controles contables óptimos para una organización multipaís, con alta complejidad y crecimiento
- Liderar los procesos contables de Autolab en México,Colombia y las Holding relacionadas que entre otros incluye el manejo de libros de contabilidad, causación de ingresos y costos/gastos operativos, nómina, impuestos, inventarios, entre otros
- Asegurar el cierre contable de forma completa, exacta y oportuna para que sea analizada por managers
- Revisar periódicamente los Estados Financieros entregados por el outsourcing y presentar sus comentarios o solicitudes de ajustes sobre los mismos.
- Implementar nuevo sistema financiero/contable (ERP) en nuestras operaciones financieras
- Coordinar compromisos y responsabilidades con stakeholders internos y externos, asociados al proceso contable y financiero.
- Alinear, con los terceros involucrados, el cumplimiento de obligaciones fiscales, legales y comerciales relacionadas con el área contable y dirigidas a entidades como la DIAN, Secretaría de Hacienda, Banco de la República, Superintendencia de Sociedades entre otras
- Proponer, desarrollar e implementar mejores prácticas para mantener altos níveles de eficiencia y control en los procesos que impacten el área contable y financiera
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas contables y procedimientos en la operación
- Brindar, desde su experiência, conocimiento y criterio profesional, recomendaciones para la compañía
- Identificar cambios en la normativa contable y tributaria y asegurar su correcta y oportuna implementación
- Generar y revisar estados financieros intermedios y reportar la información financiera requerida para la toma de decisiones
- Apoyar las revisiones y auditorías, reportando la información solicitada por los auditores internos y externos, y seguir las observaciones y recomendaciones que provengan de las mismas
- Evaluación y retroalimentación de equipo

**Requisitos**
- +8 años de experiência general
- +5 años de experiência como líder de áreas contables en empresas de alto crecimiento
- Profesional titulado en Contaduría Pública con Tarjeta Profesional
- Experiência en manejo de revisoría fiscal y auditorías externa
- Experiência o conocimientos en auditoría o revisoría fiscal - preferiblemente
- Capacidad de aprendizaje, pensamiento analítico y proactividad
- Alta orientación al detalle y organizado
- Capacidad para orientar, definir y mejorar procesos
- Buen manejo de relaciones interpersonales
- Habilidades de liderazgo y manejo de equipo
