Descripción

  • Asegurar que los procesos completos de selección en América Latina se realicen de acuerdo con la política corporativa, promoviendo la igualdad de oportunidades de desarrollo para todos los empleados internos, así como una experiencia satisfactoria y profesional para los candidatos externos;
  • Coordinar todas las actividades de reclutamiento y selección en América Latina, con el objetivo de cubrir las vacantes, con el perfil definido y de acuerdo con las especificaciones de contratación y expectativas del gerente de contratación;
  • Representar la región de Latinoamérica en los procesos de Selección Global;
  • Liderar procesos de selección para Colombia, Ecuador, Perú principalmente y apoyar búsquedas en otros países de LATAM;
  • Gestionar el Programa de Pasantías y Trainees junto con las áreas responsables;
  • Participar en ferias de pasantías, coordinando la realización de todas las actividades necesarias (contratación de agencias, definición del diseño, participación en reuniones; gestionar alianzas con las universidades);
  • Participar en las iniciativas de Employer Branding para LATAM.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Profesional en Psicología, Administración de empresas, Licenciatura en RRHH o carreras afines;
  • De 4 a 6 años de experiencia liderando procesos de reclutamiento y selección;
  • Fuertes conocimientos en Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT);
  • Experiencia en empresas multinacionales con ambiente de trabajo multicultural, internacional y multifuncional;
  • Orientación al resultado;
  • Experiencia en procesos de reclutamiento en países de LATAM (Perú, Ecuador, Colombia, entre otros);
  • Experiencia en técnicas de Assessment Center, clima organizacional, entrevistas por competencias, subsistemas de Recursos Humanos y manejo de altos volúmenes de procesos de reclutamiento;
  • Nivel de inglés mínimo requerido: C1 conversacional (EXCLUYENTE);
  • Deseable conocimiento básico intermedio del idioma portugués.
